In the app
Open the grown-ups area (the lock at the top), then choose Delete account.
Here, by email
Enter the email address of your account. We'll send it a link to confirm, and nothing is deleted until you tap it.
What deleting does
- Your sign-in details are removed and every device is signed out.
- A subscription bought on our website is cancelled, so you won't be charged again.
- A subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play is not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel it in your phone's settings: see how to cancel.
- We keep the email address used at checkout with our payment records, as the law requires for accounting. To have it erased too, write to hello@pupik.app. See the privacy policy.
